1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 cups AP flour
1 2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup water
2 cups Crème Fraiche
1 cup Dulce de leche
Bananas

For the Cake

Preheat the oven at 350 F

Spray a 10-in cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

Sift dry ingredients, except sugar, and set aside.

In the electric mixer, whip the eggs and sugar until light in color. Add mayonnaise and vanilla just until combined. Alternate additions of the sifted dry ingredients and water.

Pour into cake pan and bake for about 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
For the frosting

Whipped the crème fraiche to a soft peak. Add dulce de leche and whisk just until combined.
To Serve

Serve with whipped dulce de leche/crème fraiche and bruleed bananas.
