Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Ginger and Sesame
brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp rice bran oil
Kosher salt and black pepper
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp chili flakes
For the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat convection oven to 400F. Halve the sprouts and toss in the oil, with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange cut side down on sheet trays and roast until knife tender. Remove to a mixing bowl and toss with remaining ingredients. Adjust flavors to taste.
To Serve
Serve cooked sprouts on a warm platter.
