For the Lamb | |
1 | Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Puree the remaining ingredients (except the lamb) to create a paste. Rub evenly into lamb and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill over high heat and wipe it with a lightly oiled cloth to prevent sticking. Skewer the marinated lamb and grill to desired doneness. |
